VINEYARD VIEW VENUE RENTAL

Up to 20 round tables, up to 170 white foldable chairs, up to 6 rectangular tables, Champagne wall furniture, Wooden bar furniture, choice of 2 arches, use of Pool area and furniture for cocktail hour, use of barn and barn garden for dinner, use of front lawn of the estate for the ceremony, use of the bridal room on 2nd floor of Barn, use of a portable double stall bathroom plus the Barn bathroom, parking attendants and use of 1 golf cart for transportation of guests from and to parking lot. Hours of use are 12 noon to 10 pm. For extended hours please ask us.

KITCHENINA CATERING

Included: 2 appetizers (select apps from our list), 1 chicken and 1 beef or salmon main courses, 2 side courses like risottos, pasta, vegetables, 1 salad

White plate, silver fork, silver knife, cloth napkin, water glass, wine glass per each guest, 9-13 round linens, 2 rectangular linens for buffet, 2 beverage tubs for the bar and a bar kit for cocktails

Staff for cocktail hour, dinner service and 1-2 bartenders for 8 hours of service total

Set up, clean up, bar fee, insurance

Welcome drink station with Hibiscus Ice tea and Lavender lemonade in glass beverage dispensers and paper cups

All packages assume bring your own alcohol, soft drinks, any other drinks, ice, coolers, plastic cups for cocktail hour by the customer.

Glass glasses are not allowed by the pool area for cocktail hour.

Appetizers during cocktail hour are passed at no extra charge. Some cold/room temperature appetizers maybe stationed according to the customer’s instructions.

Flowers and other decorations are not included in the services that Vineyard View or Kitchenina provide and the above pricing.

An event coordinator that will oversee your event, is required by Vineyard View venue and a short list of Coordinators to choose from will be provided. No outside coordinators are allowed. Outside food is not allowed at the venue except by Kitchenina Catering. If you have a specific request, please let Kitchenina Catering know. Deserts from a third party certified vendor are allowed.

Any additional rentals, food items, bar services that the customer chooses will be billed as per our catalogue pricing.
