We want to know what makes this celebration special to you so we can translate that feeling into the food. We discuss your bartending needs and style of service you need and provide you with a fast and all inclusive quote to help you understand the costs and make a decision.
- Our Focus: Creating custom menus that spark conversation. From casual family-style platters that encourage sharing to elevated cocktail receptions with passed hors d’oeuvres to event themed buffet menus, we build what reflects the style of your party.
🗓️ Step 2: Site Assessment & Rental Selection (1 Month Out)
- What We Do: If you are hosting at home or at a venue, school or community clubhouse we help assess your kitchen capacity and advise on bringing our mobile culinary setup. We coordinate any necessary rentals, including matching tables, linens, glassware, flatware to instantly elevate your space into a beautiful venue. We also advise you on general event flow if needed.
⏱️ Day-Of: Host Your Party, Don’t Work It
- Preparation & Arrival: We arrive at your home or venue with all necessary equipment, setups, and decorations to beautifully style the food areas.
- Exceptional Service: Our professional servers look after your guests, passing hors d’oeuvres, explaining ingredients, or managing buffet lines with a warm, welcoming presence.
- The Clean Sweep: After service, we package any leftovers for you, clean down our working areas completely, and leave everything exactly as clean as we found it.

Kitchenina has handled social and private events of 25 people all the way to 400 people. We offer tiered pricing and the average social event we cater to is between 60 – 100 guests. We travel anywhere in the extended San Francisco Bay area, from Half moon Bay to Brentwood to Livermore and from Gilroy and Santa Cruz to Fairfield, Napa, Sonoma and Petaluma and every city in between those
