We got married at Gallery 308 in Fort Mason, for which Kitchenina is a preferred vendor. The venue has no kitchen and only a small sink and fridge. We really enjoyed the food at our tastings, but were nervous about how the quality of the food for 170 people would be given that everything needed to be pre-cooked and transported via warmers. The food during the wedding was delicious, and was one of the most complimented parts of the evening (especially the cauliflower soufflé!!). We served food family style, but they also helped us with the logistics of having a few plated meals for guests with specific dietary restrictions. We were very happy with the outcome, particularly how adept they were at navigating a less-than-ideal kitchen setup.
